1. Definitions and Interpretations

Specific terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 1xt website, mobile app and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — The person who owns a registered account on 1xt.
• "Account" — The personal user account obtained after completing the registration process.
• "Bonus" — A welcome bonus or promotional reward offered by 1xt.
• "Wagering" — The betting turnover requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All 1xt services are available only to individuals aged 21+. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. If any information provided during age verification is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same device, IP address or payment method, this will be treated as a policy violation. All associated accounts may be suspended in such cases.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. 1xt reserves the right to cancel bonuses and restrict accounts if incorrect information is provided.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods on 1xt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer) are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically transferred within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 1xt may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification. This process helps ensure secure transactions and is part of account protection. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the withdrawal being held.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 1xt welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500. To become eligible to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

4.2 Weekly Reload

Under the 1xt weekly reload offer, a 30% bonus is available once per week on any deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 18x and the minimum deposit is ৳500.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only the account holder may claim a bonus; it cannot be claimed on behalf of someone else.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• A promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 1xt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

The 1xt VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is paid at each level based on weekly net loss:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Regular play allows members to move up to higher levels.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by the system. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, 1xt will attempt to refund an amount equal to the affected bet, though the decision may vary depending on the circumstances.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are displayed in decimal format. If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded. In a multi-bet, if any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If betting patterns intended to abuse the system or bonuses are detected — such as arbitrage or risk-free bet strategies — 1xt reserves the right to cancel the related bets and bonuses.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

The collection, processing and protection of users' personal data on 1xt is governed by a separate policy. For details on how your data is used, please read our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and secure servers to keep your data safe.

Documents collected for account verification are not shared with third parties, but may be submitted to relevant authorities when required by law.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You can request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension by 1xt

1xt may suspend an account temporarily or permanently for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
• False identity or provision of incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of chargebacks or disputes.

In the event of suspension, the user will be notified through support and will have the opportunity to appeal within a reasonable time.

9. Responsible Gambling

1xt believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a financial solution. The 21+ age limit is strictly enforced. Users can set deposit limits, betting limits or a voluntary temporary break (self-exclusion) for themselves.

10. Intellectual Property and Content

All logos, designs, text, graphics and software on the 1xt platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Intellectual property rights for games available on the platform belong to the respective game developers.

11. Limitation of Liability

1xt accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical faults, third-party service failures or unforeseen circumstances. If the service is temporarily unavailable, users may not claim compensation for any estimated earnings or opportunities missed during that time.

Any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming is entirely the user's own responsibility. 1xt makes no guarantees regarding any specific outcome.

12. Changes to Terms

1xt reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email address or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
